Wicked Rating System:

  ~ It was incredibly intoxicatingly captivating.

  ~ It gripped my throat, demanded attention, & then held it.

  ~ It was rather boorish & dull, but at points worth while.

  ~ Was not pleased, with the plot, writing style, etc, etc.

  ~ Why would something like this exist?

Halves of the Stars:

I also; in my rating system include half stars, if the story was give a half of a star - per example: 4 1/2 out of 5 stars - it means that the story had the characteristic's of two category's -  per examples case: it held my attention to the extent that it was intriguing but also lacked the nerve too fully drag my head first into the story - and I felt that it was just enough of the higher category to give it the halve.

About the Reviewal Process:

I'd like to state that I do not support the bashing of authors, the title my mislead you, but it is used in irony because my reviews have been called harsh. I tell the honest stark un-sugarcoated truth as by way of my opinion. That word is very dear to me, opinion because blogging is ones own opinion, so if you want to curse my reviews or say I am ignorant because I rated Twilight higher than another book you felt deserved a better read, fine.

I do not censor comments, you say what you want as you please, as I say what I want in my reviews. However I will state again that I do not bash authors, it's mean and rather disrespectful. I critque an author on their writing style, how I find it to be, I critique their use of details, - of lack there of - I immerse myself into the main character's life and try to understand why the story was written, I critique the efficiency of accomplishing the latter statement, and I critique the story itself, the plot, raising action, drama, good use of right-timed suspense, the falling action, etc, etc.
